Poloklubben pays tribute to Gothenburg's rain-soaked skies in new single “GBG Himlen”

Poloklubben turns homesickness on its head and embraces the often-criticized rain over Gothenburg in their new single “GBG Himlen”. Poloklubben was formed in early 2025 and has already carved out its own niche in Sweden's alternative scene. The group describes its sound as rumbling and dreamy indie rock with Swedish lyrics, and since their start, they have established a clear expression that mixes melancholy and nostalgia in sweeping soundscapes. Previously, they have released both a double single and a six-track EP, and now they add “GBG Himlen” to their rapidly growing discography—a single that continues and deepens the band's sound.
