Newkid brings his 'Akust-ish' tour to intimate Swedish venues in spring 2026

After several years of grand arena shows with elaborate productions and pyrotechnics, Newkid, one of Sweden's most streamed and acclaimed artists, is now choosing a new focus. In autumn 2026, he presented the concert format 'Akust-ish' with two sold-out nights at Södra Teatern in Stockholm on 25 and 26 September. The series marked a new direction, with intimacy, storytelling and emotional closeness at its center. In spring 2026, Newkid is taking the concept out on tour around Sweden.

In contrast to the arena tours, 'Akust-ish' makes room for subtlety without compromising the energy and presence that have always characterized Newkid's music. As the name suggests, it is not strictly acoustic, but "ish" – a stripped-back experience where the artist still leaves space for musical dynamics and engagement.
