Swedish metal band ELEINE have released the single “Ich Sehe Dich” and an accompanying music video. The track comes from their fifth studio album, “The Water Taste Of Blood”, due on 4 December 2026 through Algoth Records, with exclusive distribution by Sound Pollution.

The song uses melodic verses that gradually build tension before heavy, driving riffs interrupt them. Its three-word German chorus translates as “I see you”. The band frame the lyrics around confronting manipulation and destructive shame, continuing themes of lies, betrayal and their consequences addressed by earlier singles. Their cover of “Mein Herz Brennt” also provides a reference point for the use of German in their repertoire.

Rikard Ekberg and Madeleine Liljestam describe the song’s central confrontation: “Have you ever wanted to say ‘I see you’ directly to someone who is trying to hurt you—or others—by spreading lies? This song is about precisely that moment.” On the choice of language, they add: “Once again, it felt entirely natural to have one of our choruses in another language. The words fell perfectly into place and underline the weight of the song’s message.”

The band’s European headline itinerary comprises 31 concerts. Several dates on their previous European tour sold out. The final stop below is an exclusive album-release show; the preceding run takes the group through clubs across the continent. All dates listed are in 2026.
