Drawn And Quartered Celebrate Three Decades of Death Metal in Denmark

Few names in the American death metal underground have shown the same endurance and uncompromising spirit as Seattle’s Drawn And Quartered. Since the mid-1990s, the band has remained loyal to its own relentless version of the genre, earning respect with early releases such as To Kill Is Human as well as albums like Hail Infernal Darkness and Feeding Hell’s Furnace. In June 2025, Drawn And Quartered further cemented their status by releasing their ninth studio album, Lord of Two Horns—a furious and dark work that pushes their classic death metal further than ever before, with increased speed and raw intensity.

The band’s new album not only marks a return to earlier strengths, but also ushers in a new and bold chapter. After three decades, Drawn And Quartered continue to evolve and refine their menacing sound without letting go of the aesthetic roots of 1990s death metal. Lord of Two Horns combines the genre’s classic darkness and brutality with a modern and relentless appeal. Listeners will recognize the band’s signature sound, but the new record also distinguishes itself through ambitious production and dynamic songwriting.

First Full-scale European Tour and Exclusive Concert in Denmark

Drawn And Quartered already has a solid reputation from their tours in North America, but their European shows have been extremely few. Prior to 2025, only a handful of German concert dates—in 2019 and 2023—gave European death metal fans the opportunity to experience the group’s uncompromising stage presence. The band’s upcoming tour therefore represents a major breakthrough: their first truly extensive sweep across Europe, with the performance at BETA in Copenhagen on November 13, 2025, constituting a long-awaited and unique opportunity for Danish and Nordic fans.

The Danish concert is expected to feature a setlist focusing on Lord of Two Horns and capturing the band’s renewed energy. At the same time, the evening marks the 30th anniversary of Drawn And Quartered’s self-titled demo, a milestone whose legacy still shapes the extreme metal underground.

The American band Noroth will act as support, further deepening the concert experience for all drawn to death metal’s raw origins and authenticity. Together, the bands promise an evening marked by uncompromising intensity and respect for the genre’s most fundamental expressions.

Tickets for the concert at BETA cost 150 kr in advance and 170 kr at the door, and are available at Ticketmaster.dk as well as ab-b.dk. For both dedicated fans and new listeners, the concert is a rare and invaluable opportunity to experience one of death metal’s most uncompromising bands as Drawn And Quartered—after three decades of creative integrity—finally embark on a far-reaching European offensive. The November performance in Copenhagen has every chance of becoming a memorable highlight for the Danish metal scene.
