AHTI releases personal third album and embarks on extensive Finland tour in autumn 2026
The year 2026 marks a milestone for AHTI, one of Finland’s most talked-about contemporary artists. On Friday, 4 September 2026, AHTI will launch his eagerly awaited third album, Mikä muutti kaiken ("What changed everything"), which is already being praised as his most personal and honest work to date.
This new era is built on a period of exceptional success: over the past year, AHTI has dominated both radio and streaming services. The released singles from the upcoming album, "Tähdet" and "Sisko ja sen veli", became major summer hits, both landing in the top ten on the national radio chart. The album Mikä muutti kaiken has also achieved platinum status in streaming even before its official release, underscoring the strong anticipation surrounding it.
AHTI’s most personal album to date
According to AHTI, this project marks a distinct stylistic break from previous albums. Thematically, he has drawn inspiration from a period marked by self-reflection and openness. For the first time, the artist himself feels that he has dared to tell everything he previously chose to keep to himself. Interest is enormous: exclusive listening events for fans in Porvoo, Helsinki, and Turku sold out in just ten minutes.
In connection with the album release, AHTI is heading out on an extensive Finland tour in the autumn, visiting 14 cities. At each stop, the audience will be treated to newly released songs as well as the artist's most well-known platinum and multi-platinum hits. Tickets for the tour are already on sale, although specific sales channels have not been publicly announced.
AHTI is known for his addictive lyrics, impressive freestyle ability, and a rapidly growing portfolio of platinum-awarded songs. He broke through via YouTube’s Maanantaisessarit rap series and has become a sought-after songwriter for other major Finnish artists – including HUGO’s hit "Taulut" and Robin Packalen’s chart-topper "Häitä pidelly".
The new album builds on the success of his previous releases. The self-titled album AHTI from 2024 brought new career heights, including the five-times platinum certified "Väärään aikaan" (feat. HUGO), the triple platinum song "Sun luokse" (feat. Isac Elliot), and "Kissa" (feat. Averagekidluke). His debut Normijäbä from 2023 is also nearing double platinum. These numbers cement his breakthrough and broad platform appeal.
